CRAV Co., a luxury candle and fragrance company with storefronts in Dallas and Frisco, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Frisco location. We are looking for a go-getter with a strong background in retail management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for luxury products.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the storefront, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience.
- Engage with customers, educating them on CRAV Co.'s products and services, including our custom scent experiences and private workshops.
- Drive store sales and ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
- Promote CRAV Co. through in-store interactions and local outreach, reinforcing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Maintain store organization, inventory, and visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Lead and motivate the store team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (luxury retail experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance goals.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills with a team-player mentality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Position Details:

- Full-time position (including weekends).
