Position Overview:
We are seeking a fun, energetic, and organized individual to assist our candle-making instructor during classes and events. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing materials, setting up class venues, assisting the instructor during the sessions, and breaking down after the event. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a love for working in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials and supplies needed for candle-making classes.
- Set up event spaces for both on-site and offsite classes.
- Assist the instructor during candle-making sessions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Interact with guests, providing help and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Break down and clean up after classes, including organizing supplies.
- Maintain inventory of candle-making materials and restock supplies as needed.
- Help with general prep for future events, including cleaning and organizing supplies.
- Drive to various offsite locations as required (mileage reimbursement available).
Qualifications:
- Fun, energetic, and customer-service oriented personality.
- Highly organized and punctual, with great attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to offsite events and a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to work flexible hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week, depending on event schedules).
- Previous experience in event setup or customer service is a plus, but not required.
