Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the Aloha POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting them for the next guests.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.97 per hour
