Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of baking techniques. As a Baker, you will be responsible for mixing and rolling of cookies, preparing dough to be used for the day while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a love for exceptional cookies.

Duties

• Prepare dough.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality and taste.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Package finished products for display or catering orders.
• Ensure all baked goods meet presentation standards before serving or selling.
• Occasionally work the front counter to help customers and or decorate cookies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, baking methods, and culinary skills.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment.
• Proficient skills and experience with various kitchen tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment and passion for baking
