We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our team. As an SAP EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP EWM system to streamline warehouse processes and support logistics operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, design solutions, and support end users in utilizing the system effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders regarding warehouse management processes.
- Implement and configure SAP EWM solutions to meet business needs, ensuring integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP WM, or other related systems.
- Work closely with business teams to design end-to-end solutions for warehouse management, including inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, supply chain, IT) to ensure the successful integration of SAP EWM with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting, identifying issues and providing resolutions during project implementation.
- Provide training and end-user support on SAP EWM functionality and best practices.
- Perform data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements in SAP EWM.
- Participate in SAP EWM project planning, preparation, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure adherence to SAP EWM best practices and standards during all phases of the project.
- Assist in the creation of project documentation, including functional specifications, technical documentation, user manuals, and system configurations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP EWM in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and implementation, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and integration with SAP modules (SD, MM, WM, etc.).
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with EWM.
- Experience with SAP EWM deployment, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP certification in EWM or related modules is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced SAP EWM features (e.g., task and resource management, wave management, radio frequency (RF) integration, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and its integration with other SAP systems.
- Experience in project management and working in Agile environments.
