Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is an essential role in our restaurant, as you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand - Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized - Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors - Empty trash containers regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors - Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen Skills: - Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred - Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills to keep track of dishes and prioritize tasks - Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team as a Dishwasher and contribute to creating a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
