Host/Hostess

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a timely and welcoming manner - Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently - Provide exceptional guest services and respond promptly to guest inquiries - Utilize Aloha POS to process orders and handle cash and credit transactions - Maintain a clean and organized dining area - Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service - Provide help to guests when needed - Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality and customer satisfaction - Assist with opening and closing duties as required - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment **Experience:** - Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent customer service and guest relations skills - Knowledge of food service operations and procedures - Familiarity with POS systems - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations - Strong communication and organizational skills **Skills:** - Experience in a restaurant or hotel environment - Proficiency with Aloha POS - Excellent guest services and relations skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment - Knowledge of hospitality and customer satisfaction - Ability to help guests with their needs - Experience with food service - Experience with helping others - Experience with hotel or restaurant operations
