Description
Provides positive and proactive delivery of all products and services offered at the lobby and drive through teller windows.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct teller service transactions in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Reconcile and balance teller drawer, mail drop and night depository. Investigate discrepancies and make corrections as needed.
- Assist with routine tasks from other departments when appropriate.
- Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.
Requirements
Required: Six months direct experience in customer service and cash handling. Ability to relate to customers in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to learn new skills. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to produce accurate results. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Must be able to maintain personal finances responsibly. Exhibits emotional maturity/common sense.
Desirable: 1 year cash handling experience. Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
