Crawford & Company is a leading provider of claims management solutions. We are seeking a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping to restore lives and communities one claim at a time.
In this role, you will work closely with our RMIS, Reporting and Strategic Outcomes Team to design and develop reports that meet customer needs. You will also collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our services.
Responsibilities:
- Report Development: Develop reports that provide actionable insights to customers.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: 4-year college degree desired or equivalent in related work experience.
- Professional Designations: CPCU, ARM, AIC, CEBS or similar professional designation preferred.
- Work Experience: 5 or more years of previous directly related professional work experience, preferably in technical RMIS, report design & development, data services.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Broadspires RMIS, applicable legacy systems, and report writers.
