What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager position at Crawford Consulting Services?
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university. Ten (10) plus years of project related work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
- Professional experience should include, but not limited to, pre-planning, programming, estimating, design and construction management and supervision, design review, procurement support, cost management and program budgeting, commissioning, and postconstruction support.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents.
- Management and communication skills.
- Able to obtain a GSA badge through the HSPD-12 security clearance process.
- Have a working knowledge of GSA policies and procedures.
- Legal resident of the USA.
The Senior Project Manager will provide project/and or construction management of a single major program or multiple projects. Provide decisive direction in regard to business, technical and personnel management involving multi-disciplinary and divers functional activities. Responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule. Maintain daily progress reports and inspection reports. Lead the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to the projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight.
