What are the responsibilities and job description for the SED Waiver Case Manager position at Crawford County Mental Health Center?
Crawford County Mental Health Center is taking applications for a full-time SED Waiver Case Manager in our children’s department. This position provides support services to children who are severely emotionally disturbed, providing both case management and psychosocial groups. This position also provides the training and support necessary to ensure engagement and active participation of the family in the treatment planning process and with the ongoing implementation and reinforcement of skills learned throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services Field and/or relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to move freely around the community.
- Must have the ability to support families and engage in collaborative partnerships with system providers.
- Must be able to meet productivity standards and documentation requirements.
The salary and benefits package start at $19.23/hour. The package includes participation in the KPERS Retirement System, paid sick and vacation time, health, dental, and life insurance.
