Job Title: Control Room Observer
Location: Crawford County Judicial Center, 359 E. Center Street Meadville, PA 16335
Classification: Part-Time – Non-Exempt, Non-Union
Work Hours: 8:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. Monday – Friday, County Holidays off
Essential Duties: Ensure the safety of all persons within the Judicial Center by using surveillance and effective communication. Observe and identify security breaches or potential problems by monitoring 125 cameras. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of all persons in control room and holding cells. Document and create reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Law Enforcement background preferred, but not required. Background work that’s dealt with situations of high emotional stress or outbursts.
Pay: $15.25 - $15.98 per hour
Benefits: Excellent benefit package, pro-rated benefits due to part time status.
