Candidates with a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Visual, Fine or Commercial Arts, Art Design or related field preferredThorough understanding of print and collateral design and production processes and interactive communications and delivery systems as well as industry best practices requiredStrong understanding of client communicationExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong operating knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Manage Figma, ADOBE CS, creative workflow alongside PMs (sharing brand assets with external vendors)Working knowledge of Asana and Google Drive is a plusKnowledge of print production and digital prepress processes desiredStrong track record both as an individual contributor and as a key member of a teamA flair for delivering visual concepts in the context of defined strategies and copy approachesIndustrial and environmental design experience, knowledge of motion graphics and interaction design, skills in art direction and experience directing shoots, are all a plusExperience with Asana is a plusA strong sense of style, excellent skills in typography, photography, and videoA 360-degree integrated mindset to create and rollout multi-channel campaigns in partnership with copywriting resources and other art directors globallyExperience in the design and art direction of large-scale branding efforts, cohesive campaigns, and content marketingExperience working within a defined but dynamic visual / brand systemStrong digital design skills and experience working on digital marketing, website development, mobile web, mobile apps, and micro contentAn understanding of current digital design and UX / UI best practicesComfort in working closely with developers and printers in seeing complicated jobs through productionExperience working in a global organization is a plusA portfolio and website examples that demonstrate comprehensive understanding of type, photography, digital, and color managementExperience with working on in-person experiential events and marketing campaigns to promote and generate audience engagement leading up to the eventLocation : New York, NY (In office a minimum of 4 days per 5 day work week.)Duration : 9 month contractRate : $57 / hour, W-2 Non-Exempt consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)Committed to Diversity.We believe in approaching every interaction with honor, respect, and positive intent.
