Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) , named a “Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For.” is a consulting firm with a team of engineers, planners and other related design professionals, is actively seeking to add a talented, experienced Project Manager to our Atlanta, GA Aviation team. The selected candidate will have demonstrated leadership qualities, the ability to work as a team member or independently, and the desire to learn new skills and areas of expertise.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Planning, design, and project management of civil & transportation projects for airport clients
• Perform and lead projects including client management, supervising and directing junior staff in support of the group manager and the team at large.
• Typical projects require the preparation of bidding documents (plans & specifications), including horizontal and vertical layout, site development, grading, drainage, pavement design, marking, signage, erosion control, coordination with other disciplines, water & sanitary utilities, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction scheduling.
• Growth and mentorship of younger staff within a dynamic aviation group consisting of planners, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Serve as a client manager or the ability / desire to grow into a client-facing professional capable of delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.
• Identification and pursuit of business opportunities
• Engagement of clients, agencies, and other professionals within the aviation industry
