Job Description:
As a Dishwasher at Crawford’s, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our customers have come to expect. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Dishwashing: Effectively clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment, ensuring they are ready for use by the kitchen staff.
- Kitchen Organization: Keep the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces tidy and well-organized, facilitating smooth workflow and making it easy for the kitchen team to access necessary tools and equipment.
- Assistance with Food Preparation: Support the kitchen team by helping with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as peeling vegetables, cutting ingredients, and other duties that do not require cooking skills.
- Trash and Recycling: Manage waste disposal, recycling, and composting to maintain a clean and environmentally friendly kitchen space.
- Cleaning Duties: Assist in general kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
Requirements:
