Job Summary
A Commercial HVAC/R company is seeking a versatile and proactive Account Manager with a primary focus on supporting to key client contracts for multiple verticals. This role will also provide crucial support to management, handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
Key Client Contracts: Assist in managing the preparation, submission, and ongoing maintenance of key client contracts, ensuring timely compliance with all regulations. Support for Sales Managers: Provide essential administrative support to sales managers by organizing job schedules and communicating updates to clients. Invoicing and Documentation: Prepare and manage invoices related to government contracts and service agreements, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Administrative Support: Handle routine office tasks such as answering phones, emails, organizing supplies, and managing office facilities as delegated by management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, with exposure to government contracts or the HVAC/refrigeration industry a plus. Experience with prevailing wage is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on project management and execution. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience with CRM or contract management software. High levels of responsibility, integrity, and accountability in managing tasks and client relations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism and attention to detail in handling sensitive information and documentation.
