Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a critical role in managing kitchen operations and ensuring excellent customer and staff experiences. This leadership position is designed as a development role, with the goal of preparing the AGM to advance into a General Manager (GM) role.
The AGM will oversee kitchen systems, menu procedures, inventory, labor, and food costs while leading by example and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires collaboration with the sales team and client relationship management, alongside a strong working knowledge of technology and systematic execution of tasks.
The position is based in the Los Angeles area, with occasional travel to Orange County locations.
