We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Associate Attorney with family law experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in California and comfortable handling a variety of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence matters. The Associate Attorney will play an integral role in representing clients in court, providing legal advice, and managing cases from inception to resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support cases. Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations, advocating for their best interests. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, discovery, and other case-related documents. Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and provide strategic advice. Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes for clients. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in California. Experience in family law is required, with at least 3 years of practice or strong relevant experience. Comfortable representing clients in court, including arguing motions and handling hearings. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
