What You’ll Do: Litigation Management: Lead all aspects of complex civil litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motions and trial preparation. Client Representation: Strategize and advocate for corporate clients in high-exposure defense cases, including product liability and multi-jurisdictional matters. Legal Research and Drafting: Conduct thorough research and draft precise, impactful motions, briefs, and legal documents. Court Advocacy: Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, ensuring effective advocacy and procedural compliance. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment, mentoring junior attorneys as needed.
What You Bring: Experience: 5–10 years of defense-side civil litigation experience. Education: JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Bar Admission: Active Florida Bar membership.
