Job Summary
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), create behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective treatment delivery. BCBAs use data-driven methodologies to monitor progress and make evidence-based adjustments to improve client outcomes.
Job Responsibilities: Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc) Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm Create Individualized, research-based client programs Analyze client progress and update programs as needed Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related field from an accredited university Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active Maintains BACB Certification Maintains State Certification
