Job Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), create behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective treatment delivery. BCBAs use data-driven methodologies to monitor progress and make evidence-based adjustments to improve client outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
Create Individualized, research-based client programs
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Qualifications
Maintains BACB Certification
Maintains State Certification
Maintains BLS / CPR certification
