Commercial Roofing Sales Representative – Denver Metro Area
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
OTE: $90,000–$150,000 uncapped commission (top talent making 300K)

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an account base—established leads provided with room to develop your own
Specify repair and replacement solutions for commercial flat roofing systems
Consult with property managers, business owners, and facility directors to recommend the right approach
Coordinate with operations and internal support to ensure seamless project execution
Oversee projects from initial contact through completion, including estimating and client handoff
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of sales experience in commercial flat membrane roofing (residential roofing or exceptional sales background also considered)
Flat roof knowledge is a major plus—single ply experience moves you to the front of the line
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship-building ability
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, follow-through, and a great attitude
Must have a pickup truck and ladder (or be prepared to get one)
Willingness to work hard, stay late, and put in what it takes to succeed

Two compensation tracks—choose your path:
Full Commission (Uncapped): $100K–$300K OTE – 45% of net profit after overhead, plus ramp-up support in the first 7 months Monthly gas and truck allowance
Base Commission: $55K base 20% of net profit after overhead. Monthly gas and truck allowance
