Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial sustainability.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations; and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
Resident Care and Satisfaction: Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet residents' needs and preferences. Implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and quality of life.
Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and care outcomes.
