Job Summary :

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will analyze online sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize their ecommerce strategy. This role requires expertise in data analysis, reporting, and ecommerce platforms to drive insights that improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall online performance .

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze website traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and evaluate ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to track ecommerce performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct A / B testing and usability studies to improve the online shopping experience.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, UX / UI, and product teams to enhance site performance and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities for SEO, paid search, and other digital marketing improvements .
• Manage ecommerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms .
• Provide competitor analysis and market trend reports to support business decisions.
• Work with IT and development teams to ensure smooth data integration and platform optimization.
