Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally Manage waitlists and reservations to optimize seating and reduce wait times Assist with guest inquiries and accommodate special requests Collaborate with waitstaff and management to maintain a positive dining flow Handle phone calls and provide information about menu and restaurant policies Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Team player with strong organizational skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
