Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. Manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care and medication management. Monitor and manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Address and resolve patient and staff concerns related to pharmacy services. Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution. Active pharmacist license in Maryland. Previous experience in a pharmacy leadership role preferred. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
