Our client is a commercial collection agency specializing in debt recovery services for businesses. They are looking for sales reps in Plano, TX. Qualifications:
Experience in phone sales or telemarketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High-energy Individuals Encouraged To Apply Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential clients
Introduce company services and close deals
Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs
Keep Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions Compensation
Base pay: $30,000 – $42,000 per year
Total potential earnings: $150,000
Bonus opportunities
Commission pay
This is a 1099 opening, so no additional benefits are offered
Schedule
Monday through Fridays from 7:30am to 4:30pm and Fridays are half days from 8am to 1pm.
