About The Role
We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Pompano Beach. You'll be making high-volume outbound calls and closing deals in the real estate space. This is a full-time, in-office role with huge earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Make approximately 150 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients.
Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on our services.
Use lead lists to connect with hard-to-reach homeowners and their contacts.
Coordinate remote document execution (e-signatures, notary coordination, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
3 years of experience in high-volume cold calling sales.
Confident, outgoing phone presence with strong one-call close ability.
Highly organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
