They are searching for a hungry and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join their team and be responsible for developing qualified opportunities, building a business pipeline by making outbound calls to and establishing ongoing relationships with key executives within US based manufacturing and healthcare provider industries.

$60-70k base salary uncapped commission

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative initiates discussions with potential customers regarding their data and business intelligence issues, potentially introducing software and consulting services. They also manage follow-ups on marketing and lead generation efforts, with ample training and growth opportunities available in the role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet daily/weekly quotas of outbound calls
- Maintain relationships through a variety of media including (but not limited to): e-mail, calls, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Meet weekly quota of appointments set for both themselves and for senior members of the team
- Meet appointment quality goals measured by conversion to opportunities and sales
- Graduate into an ownership role over the entire selling process upon mastering an understanding of the product and service offerings.
- Maintain Salesforce.com CRM database which tracks all sales activity
Qualifications:
- 1 years Inside sales / phone based sales experience with high-tech company strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
- Performance at or above quota, top 20% of peer group
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of cold calls per day.
- Demonstrated ability to sell software and solutions over the phone strongly preferred.
- Ability to create personalized introductions through cold outreach campaigns.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a focus on quality.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
