Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of irrigation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all projects. Lead, motivate, and guide the team to ensure optimal performance and a positive work atmosphere. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations governing irrigation systems. Effectively manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Troubleshoot and maintain existing irrigation systems to ensure efficiency and functionality.
Qualifications : Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in irrigation-related roles. Valid drivers license required. Proficient in reading and writing English, with strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining irrigation systems. In-depth knowledge of irrigation products and technologies, including smart controllers and water-efficient solutions. Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
