About The Role
As an LCSW, you will provide assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention to support individuals and families. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans that ensure the best care for clients.
Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy Offer crisis intervention and immediate support Connect clients with necessary resources and services Maintain accurate records of client interactions Advocate for clients’ rights and well-being
Qualifications Education: MSW from an accredited program License: LCSW in Illinois Experience: 3 years in clinical social work
Key Skills Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse resources Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proficiency in relevant software and documentation
