COMPENSATION: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00
Summary
As a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser for our client, you will interact directly with study participants, taking ear impressions using silicone molds. This role requires class-leading operational engagement, strong verbal communication skills, the ability to empathize with and respond to customer and team needs, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment. The Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser is expected to represent and promote our client's brand professionally. Work will take place onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities Receive participants to take their ear impressions using silicone molds following specific requirements. Obtain ear impression molds with precision. Work effectively with a variety of age groups, from teenagers to senior citizens. Stay updated on the latest hearing aid technology and best practices. Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each participant. Represent and promote our client's brand. Qualifications Must be a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in the state of CA. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing from an accredited university. Clinical experience is optional but preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
