Salary: $75 - $80k Base Commission/Bonus, OTE ~$150k/year

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to promote our payment processing software to the industrial & manufacturing sectors, especially concrete. Ideal for those experienced in B2B sales, understanding manufacturing challenges, and thriving in consultative sales.
Responsibilities
Prospect & close new business in industrial/manufacturing sectors (focus on concrete). Build & maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Grow your territory by finding opportunities in new & existing accounts. Educate clients on how our software can optimize their operations. Work with product, marketing, & support teams for a smooth sales process. Stay updated on market trends and industry challenges. Represent the company at trade shows & networking events.
Qualifications
3 years of B2B sales experience (ideally industrial/manufacturing). Success in territory management, account growth, and business development. Knowledge of concrete/cement or manufacturing industry. Ability to understand & communicate software features. Excellent relationship skills with a focus on account retention & growth. Ability to manage priorities & meet sales goals. Willingness to travel for client meetings & industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ERP, financial software, or payment processing. Background in cement, masonry, construction materials, or industrial sales. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
