RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical and mental capabilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Looking for someone who is specialized in (or is willing to learn) orthopedics: specifically focused in the areas of: hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, neck Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies Stay updated on the latest occupational therapy techniques and advancements in the field
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Wyoming; be willing to obtain Proficiency in medical terminology Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred Compassionate attitude towards patients and dedication to providing high-quality care A willingness to perform all functions with the highest level of honesty and integrity An excitement for celebrating successes
