Job Summary
Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team to cover the Pacific Northwest Territory. Our client works in the real estate space & this role would be prospected on home developers and contractors working on new construction projects.
Job Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Travel to client locations to present and demonstrate products or services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet/exceed revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred Valid driver's license with clean MVR required Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to travel within the designated sales territory. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
