The Role
As a Home Buying Specialist, you'll be the face of our client, you will be meeting face-to-face with potential home sellers daily. You'll be equipped with leads and qualified appointments, sourced by our talented sales development team, ensuring your efforts are focused and effective. This role is perfect for a driven individual who excels in negotiation and presentation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with potential home sellers, building trust and understanding their needs.
- Sales Execution: Utilize exceptional negotiation and presentation skills to close deals, providing value to both the company and the homeowner.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth progression of each deal, from initial contact to close.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep our CRM system up-to-date with accurate information, ensuring a clean and organized workflow.
- Market Analysis: Learn and apply comparable market analysis (CMA) to make informed offers on homes, reflecting current market conditions.
- Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with hot prospects, maintaining engagement and moving them through the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, no real estate experience needed.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and apply market analysis effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No cold prospecting is required, but the ability to warm and convert leads is essential.
