Position: Outside Sales Specialist
The Outside Sales Specialist will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing their assigned territory or market. They will be responsible for conducting inspections, providing quotes, and driving sales to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by converting inquiry leads (INB) and generating creative leads (CTV).
INB leads are driven by marketing efforts and are prospects or customers who request an inspection/quote.
CTV Leads Are Generated Through Proactive Measures Such As
Leads from Service Technicians
Referrals from Inside Sales & Customer Care teams
Door-to-door engagement with neighbors of current customers
Spontaneous business visits
Reaching out to existing customers to offer free inspections/quotes for additional services.
Communicate effectively and professionally with potential customers.
Bring passion, dedication, and a ‘winning spirit’ to create and maintain a positive work culture by embodying our Core Values.
Daily Expectations
Complete an average of 7 inspections per day.
Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and the latest company services to communicate confidently with customers.
Engage in regular sales activities as outlined in our Outside Sales Playbook:
Daily check-ins with the team
Ride-along coaching sessions with leaders and peers
Weekly team meetings
Daily performance updates via text
Sales call sessions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication, sales, and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with an excellent work ethic.
Proven success in an Outside Sales role or similar, ideally in the home services industry.
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for sales and lead management.
Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license.
