Job Summary
The Outside Sales Specialist will focus on the development and growth of their respective territory/market. They will provide inspections, quotes, and sales, in support of our growth plans.
Job Responsibilities: Grow our book of business by closing inquiry leads (INB) and generating creative leads (CTV). INB leads are generated via Marketing efforts and are prospects/customers who request an inspection/quote. CTV are leads where we created a need for the customer/prospect to get a quote, including but not limited to: Leads generated by Service Technicians Leads generated by Inside Sales & Customer Care Specialists Door knocking on neighbors of leads/customers Dropping in on businesses Calling existing customers to offer free inspections/estimates for additional services
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic Proven track record as an Outside Sales Specialist or similar, preferably in the home services space Ability to use a smart phone/tablet to enter/process sales & leads Ability to travel daily (within assigned territory/market) Valid driver’s license

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
