• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our practice to coordinate patient care and referrals as needed.
• Participate in on-call duties via phone, providing consultation and guidance to patients after hours as per the schedule.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing concerns, providing education, and promoting preventive healthcare measures.
• Stay abreast of latest developments and best practices in pediatric medicine through continuing education and professional development activities.
Requirements:
• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of a pediatric residency program.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Board certification in pediatrics.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with experience in their effective and efficient use.
