Pharmacist In Charge – LTC Pharmacy
Salary: $135,000-$140,000 (flexible based on experience) bonus

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will leverage your expertise to thrive in this high-growth, mission-driven setting.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise pharmacy operations, including overseeing pharmacists, technicians, and the distribution team. Manage workflow processes for order entry, order reviews, and production cycles. Monitor and address regulatory and compliance updates (State Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA). Maintain controlled substance records and ensure compliance with regulations. Implement policies for procurement, storage, security, and medication disposal. Other duties as assigned. Skills & Abilities Valid New Jersey State Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License. 5 years of pharmacy practice, with management experience in long-term care pharmacy. Minimum 2 years of PIC/pharmacy management experience. Familiarity with FrameworkLTC (highly preferred). Proven ability to maintain state and federal regulatory compliance. Track record of setting and achieving team goals/KPIs while fostering accountability. Experience optimizing workflow processes for efficiency and quality.
