The Project Manager will oversee financial management support services for the DCSA OCFO, ensuring operational efficiency, audit readiness, and compliance while managing projects related to budgeting, accounting, financial operations, and resource management.
This is a remote opening, with preference given to candidates residing within the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Requirements Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or Master’s in any business field Experience 5–10 years managing DoD projects (similar in scope to this role) 5–10 years in DoD financial management Strong experience briefing senior leadership Expertise in resource management and accountability Excellent written/oral communication skills

The role involves supporting the DCSA OCFO’s appropriated and working capital-funded programs by providing: Administrative & operational process support Accounting & budget execution CFO Act compliance Financial systems & operations Optional: DAI HelpDesk, ABM PM/RA, FIAR support
