Project Management:
- Develop preliminary schedules in Construction Online (COL) before project start
- Track and record project activities daily (schedules, reports, change orders, punch lists)
- Ensure projects meet milestones, quality standards, and profitability targets
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, trade partners, and internal teams
- Ensure client satisfaction with each project
- Lead daily production meetings and weekly status meetings with the team
- Monitor project schedules and report on status (schedule, budget) weekly
- Ensure all subcontractors are compliant with agreements and safety standards
- Ensure company punch-out process is completed before client orientation
- Partner with third-party certifying agents for FGBC compliance
- Ensure all team members follow green building practices and meet certification requirements
- Propose innovative construction solutions and improve building processes
