Academic Program Director – Radiologic Technology

We’re hiring a Program Director to lead the newly created Radiologic Technology program at the Columbia campus (29223).
Must Have Qualifications: Master’s degree ARRT certification 4 years of industry experience 2 years of teaching experience at a JRCERT-accredited school
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain up-to-date program curriculum Oversee course delivery and ensure quality education Review and select textbooks, materials, and equipment Collaborate with program coordinators and advisory boards Manage externship programs and prepare faculty training events Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and convocations
Teaching Duties: Prepare and deliver lectures and labs Create course materials, exams, and assignments Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement Provide developmental feedback and academic advising Maintain classroom equipment and ensure compliance with policies
Compensation Plan: Salary in the $80k-90k range Health, dental, vision benefits and life insurance plan Vacation and PTO plan 401k with company match Relocation assistance plan, if needed
