Regional Sales Manager – Kansas City, St. Louis
Salary: $80,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on experience) uncapped commission
Location: Field based role in KC/St Louis, MO territory
Job Description: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s Business Development efforts with Independent Automotive Dealers in assigned states including the direct sale of company products/services and implementing value-based sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in an autonomous (virtual) work environment and is capable of meeting/exceeding Company sales targets. This position will be responsible for handling the entire sales cycle.
Must have experience selling SaaS solutions to dealerships.
Major Job Responsibilities: To lead business development Independent Automotive Dealerships with focus on Pipeline Development via outbound prospecting and lead generation To deliver on company sales goals and targets with a dual focus on maximizing client ROI and driving company profit. Responsible for developing trusted relationships with C-Suite Executives and End-Users of Company’s clients through a relentless commitment to meeting Client needs. Work with Account Management and Client Services Teams in order to provide Industry-leading Client Satisfaction to our Customers. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations/product demonstrations that demonstrate the value proposition. Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s contracting process with clients Leverage CRM & Business Intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes. Develop and maintain accurate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales forecasts Potential to provide leadership and effectively manage a large sales team
Experience & Qualifications Must have experience selling SaaS automotive solutions to dealerships Established Contacts and a Strong Book of Business, highly preferred Prior full sales cycle experience, from lead generation, prospecting, through contract negotiation and close Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM Tools
