Sales Account Manager – Hospitality & Residential Gym and Fitness Solutions

We have an excellent new Sales Account Manager job opportunity to join the Field Sales team. In this role, as a Sales Account Manager, you perform outside sales and business development to H&R targets in the New England territory. You are the only Sales Account Manager for H&R in the region, and this is 100% commercial sales. This role requires mostly field sales with a flexible mix of home and some office work. SAM’s work hard but have a great company and fitness solution backing them up.
Targets Residential (Condominiums, Apartments, MFH), Hospitality (Hotels and Resorts), and Country Clubs.
Your Impact Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM Increase customer satisfaction Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
What We Look For
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment. You do not have to have gym or fitness equipment sales experience to be hired and successful!
What you should bring: At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills Solid experience with sales CRM software. Result-driven approach Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
