Summary
Our client is hiring a Tulsa-based Sales Executive to drive new and existing business across retail, grocery, and distribution channels. This is a high-impact sales role for a self-starter with a proven track record in food industry or CPG sales. You’ll join a family-owned, nationally distributed food brand with a 33-year history and a loyal customer base. This is an onsite position in Tulsa, OK.
Salary
$75,000–$100,000 base commission
Job Responsibilities
You’ll proactively develop and manage relationships with retailers, department stores, and food distributors. You’ll identify new business opportunities and close deals to grow revenue. You’ll present and promote the company's product line to both prospective and existing accounts. You’ll manage and expand sales volume within your assigned accounts. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure product availability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. You’ll represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to build recognition and attract new partnerships.
Qualifications
You have 3 years of experience in food industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales. You’ve successfully grown accounts and generated new business in a retail or distribution setting. You’re a clear communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills. You’re self-motivated, results-driven, and thrive working independently. You ideally have existing relationships with grocery buyers or food distributors and are comfortable working onsite in Tulsa, OK.
Preferred Attributes
You’ve sold into retail grocery or specialty food channels and have experience attending and selling at trade shows. You’re familiar with CRM systems or other tools that help you manage sales performance and pipelines effectively.
