As we expand our structural engineering presence in the Denver market, we seek a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager with a strong focus on Business Development to lead this growth initiative. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer with proven leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving growth and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and research new business opportunities, including emerging trends, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with the company's growth objectives and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, delivering tailored solutions that add value.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and sales activity records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to enhance targeted communication and sales efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions that align with the strategic growth plan.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate the firm's capabilities and value proposition.
- Work closely with the executive team to ensure business development efforts and revenue targets align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead internal teams, including technical and project management, ensuring that communication and project delivery are consistent with business development efforts.
- Oversee team assignments and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop staff members, promoting professional growth and advancement within the team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance on complex engineering issues and challenges.
