Territory Business Manager - Harrisburg, PA
Salary : Fully commissioned position with a draw against commission of $70-$80K plus uncapped commission with On Target Earnings of $100K-$200K. Uncapped commission structure based on a flat percentage of gross profit dollars. Includes a monthly car allowance.

Job Summary :
In this position, you'll have the chance to help influence their progressive growth in the Central Pennsylvania marketplace. The territory covers eastern / central PA : Harrisburg, Lewisburg, York, Lancaster, Reading, Allentown, Scranton and surrounding areas. This is a remote role when not traveling, with regular travel throughout the territory 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with flooring contractors and dealers, including both commercial and residential contractors, multifamily builders, and others.
- Service existing accounts, re-engage customers who have not purchased recently, and introduce new product offerings.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients ahead of travel within the territory.
- Drive throughout the territory to maintain and expand customer relationships.
- Use 1-2 home-office days weekly to schedule appointments, enter sales orders, and respond to inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and industry trends to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through proactive account management.
