Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Field Technician to join our team in providing high-quality crawl space encapsulation and waterproofing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions. This role involves inspecting, installing, and maintaining crawl space systems to protect homes from moisture, mold, and structural damage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crawl Space Inspection & Assessment:
- Conduct thorough inspections of crawl spaces to assess moisture levels, insulation, and structural integrity.
- Identify potential issues such as mold, mildew, and standing water, and make recommendations for solutions.
- Encapsulation Installation:
- Install high-quality vapor barriers, insulation, and dehumidification systems.
- Secure and seal crawl space entry points to prevent moisture and pests from entering.
- Ensure proper installation of sump pumps and drainage systems when necessary.
- Waterproofing Solutions:
- Install advanced waterproofing techniques, including French drains, sump pump systems, and moisture control barriers.
- Ensure proper ventilation and air circulation in crawl spaces to prevent long-term water damage.
- Customer Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain the scope of work, timelines, and costs.
- Provide high-level customer service and answer any questions regarding the services provided.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE and using tools/equipment safely.
- Comply with local building codes and industry standards related to waterproofing and encapsulation.

Qualifications:
