The ideal candidate
Our ideal Sales Advisor is a motivated and competitive self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales goals coupled with basement waterproofing industry experience. They should also have strong communication skills, are effective problem-solvers and are comfortable using technology within the sales process. The job requires a valid driver's license and vehicle.
As a Sales Advisor, you will diagnose, propose, and sell an A solution to fix our customer's crawl space and foundation-related issues.
NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED as all leads are provided.
More Specifics on Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and address basement seepage issues
- Diagnose structural issues
- Diagnose crawl space issues
- Give in-home sales presentations
- Follow-up with unsold customers
- Run leads Monday – Friday and some Saturdays mornings
- All leads provided -- all warm leads
- Bonus commission pay if you elect to develop self-generated business
