Crawl With US is hiring an Assistant Event Manager!
Job Type: Contract (One-Day Event)
Hours: 2 PM – 8 PM on Event Day
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Event Manager to help ensure a smooth and successful St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl! This role is essential for setting up our check-in location, assisting with staff coordination, and supporting overall event logistics. This could also lead to the opportunity to work at other events in the future!
Responsibilities:
Event Setup & Check-In:
- Arrive early to set up check-in stations with event supplies and swag items
- Ensure all necessary supplies are in place and ready for participant arrival
- Check in participants, scanning their tickets and passing out supplies
Event Support:
- Help answer any questions that come up throughout the event
- Help troubleshoot any issues that arise during check-in and throughout the event
- Provide support to the Event Manager in maintaining event flow and customer experience
Requirements:
- Event or hospitality experience – Prior experience in event management, customer service, or nightlife is preferred
- Quick problem solver – Ability to troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Professional & reliable – Maintains a positive attitude while managing event operations
- Basic tech skills – Comfortable using a ticket-scanning app on a smartphone or tablet
